Agts-web.com is a site from which you can order and preview products, obtain information about our products and services, or pay for access to online materials. To facilitate that process, a certain amount of data must be collected from you.
We welcome you to our website and ask that you review the following privacy policy information presented below. By using the agts-web.com website, you express your agreement with the practices of collecting and maintaining user information described herein.
WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU COLLECT FROM ME?
You will be prompted to create a user account (or register) at various points throughout the website, and related sites, in circumstances when you:
- Purchase products - either for shipment, download, or online access
- Access online streaming preview programs
- Request catalogs or other print items
- Request technical support
- Etc.
You are free to not register, but you may not be able to partake of all aspects of agts-web.com. Any request for purchase will require all requested information.
Part of the information we collect may include first and last name, contact information, and an email address. We also collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail. Where necessary, we also collect information related to payment processing. We collect email addresses as the means by which we confirm orders and provide access to online courses. In these cases, email addresses are required.
The information we collect is used to fulfill orders, help improve the content of our website, to notify consumers about updates to our website, to contact our consumers for marketing purposes.

WHAT IS YOUR SECURITY OF THE INFORMATION I PROVIDE YOU?
AgTS will not sell, rent or give your personal information to any entity outside of AgTS. AgTS will use the information you provide to offer you updates, announce new products, etc., which we believe will be of interest to you. Any information you provide will be for the exclusive use of AgTS. When you are contacted by AgTS for marketing purposes you will be given the chance to ‘opt out.’
AgTS works to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. With respect to security: We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
When confirming your order onscreen or via email, we will reveal only the first or last 4 or 5 digits of your credit card number.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password, your computer and therefore websites with whom you are registered. To protect yourself properly, be sure to sign off or log off when finishing a transaction on any website or if you have logged in to a website which has collected personal data.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
AgTS promises to provide you with exceptional training materials in a prompt, efficient manner. AgTS requires preview of each video(s) purchased, therefore, the video(s) you purchase cannot be returned or exchanged for another title. If you are not satisfied with your item, please call us immediately at 800.814.9792.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 15 days for a full refund. All prices are subject to change without notice. Tapes are sold for the life of the cassette. However, Coastal will gladly replace any tape which is damaged or proves defective within six months of purchase.
Return Exceptions: If the purchased video(s) is defective upon arrival, you are invited to contact us immediately for an exchange for a duplicate of the same title.

DID YOU RECEIVE A WRONG, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE VIDEO?
If you receive a damaged or defective VHS or DVD, please contact our Customer Service Department within 15 days of delivery at 800.814.9792 or customerservice@agts-web.com.
